As I share in the video, my mentor and dear friend, Dennis Reina (along with his life and business partner, Michelle Reina), are experts on the subject of creating organizations where trust is a core value. If you want to dig deeper into how to increase your capacity to trust and be trustworthy, grab yourself a copy of their books – Trust and Betrayal in the Workplace and Rebuilding Trust in the Workplace. You won’t be sorry.
