Move Quickly Through Public Speaking & Difficult Conversation Fear

In this week’s video, shot in my hotel room – thank you Norwalk, CT Garden Inn – I share one of the themes that’s coming up in a lot of my work with organizational, community-based, and private clients. Whenever we find ourselves in a context where our communication really matters, inevitably some not so comfortable body sensations emerge. I’ll teach you how to move quickly (and completely) through fear and other body sensations that get you in your own way of communicating at your best. Plus, I’ll share how this same strategy has kept me sane and in my power while negotiating chronic pain.
