Melody Biringer
With 23 business ventures under her belt, you might call Melody Biringer a lifelong “start-up junkie.” Melody’s current entrepreneurial love-child is Urban Campfire, a movement to create a different conversation designed by and for women ready to set the world on fire. Produced by theCRAVEcompany, it features female thought-leaders and successful entrepreneurs giving TED-style talks about their breakthrough moments. This highly anticipated annual event is attended by 1000’s of women across North America. Melody is also the author of CRAVING Success: a startup junkie’s path from passion to profits, which includes 132 tips for ambitious entrepreneurs. In January, Melody will also be hosting a series of Co-Storming events (envision a think-tank designed to be your personal board of directors for life and work) in Seattle and Vancouver.

Claudia Chan is the CEO of S.H.E. Globl Media Inc., the multi-platform women’s empowerment media company behind the renowned global women’s conference, S.H.E. Summit. As a women’s leadership expert and social entrepreneur, Claudia celebrates and spreads stories, strategies, and solutions from over 200 women leaders on ClaudiaChan.com. Her life’s work is to accelerate women’s equality and unlock female potential because she believes when women and girls do better, the world does better.
Stewart Scott-Curran
Stewart Scott-Curran is a Glasgow born, San Francisco based designer and speaker. He developed an interest in design from obsessing over the typography and layouts of his dad’s folk music album covers. After graduating in Industrial Design in Glasgow he relocated to Amsterdam, Netherlands to work for Nike in their Global Soccer Unit. There he designed on-field uniforms for the best teams and athletes in the sport including all Nike teams represented at the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa. In 2011, after 2 years in England, he left the UK for the US and has worked in Brand Communications at The Coca-Cola Company and CNN.com. He is currently the organizer of the San Francisco chapter of CreativeMornings, a global monthly breakfast lecture series for the creative community which features TED-style talks.
Bret L. Simmons, Ph.D.
Bret L. Simmons, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of Nevada, Reno. He earned his doctorate in Business Administration at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater. Bret teaches university courses in organizational behavior, leading change, and personal branding to MBA and Executive MBA students. He is the curator of Reno’s TEDxUniversityofNevada, and the fourth event (whose speakers have included senior leaders, social entrepreneurs, bestselling authors and award-winning performers) will be held on January 23, 2016.
